Open Settings and go into Business profile.

Fill in your Opening hours.
It is the question you get asked most over messages. Written on your storefront, it stops arriving.

If you have a shop, search your real address under Business location.
With the address set, your customer opens Waze or Google Maps straight from your storefront, without you explaining how to get there.

Add your WhatsApp too, and your Contact email.

Then, in Storefront, you choose which of those show up and how the contact button appears.
