Step by step

Open Sales and find the sale in the Sales log.

Open it and choose to return. You can return the whole sale or just some products.
- 3
Say how many units of each product are coming back.
- 4
Confirm. Stock returns by itself and the sale is marked as returned.
Do it here rather than "adjusting it by hand": that way your income for the month reflects the return, and so does your inventory.
