Step by step

Open the POS employees section and create a user for each person who takes payments.

Give each one a PIN. That is how they get into the point of sale, without knowing your password.
Give everyone their own, even two people you trust completely. It is not suspicion: it is being able to know who to ask when something does not add up.

When opening the POS, each person enters their PIN and their sales are recorded under their name.

The shift report shows how much each of them sold.
