Open Settings and go into Business profile.

There you update the name, category, currency, contact details and hours.

Careful with Currency: change it only if you genuinely changed currency.
It does not convert the prices you already entered. Change it and the numbers stay the same but start meaning something else.

In the policies section you set cancellations and returns. Your customer sees those when placing an order.
