Step by step

   Open Customers from the menu and tap + New customer.

   Add at least the name and the WhatsApp number. Add the address too if you deliver to them.

3. 3

   It also happens by itself: when you confirm a storefront order, the customer is saved without you doing anything.

   Next time you sell to them, type their name and the details fill themselves in.

   This is what saves you asking for their address a third time — one of the things that annoys a returning customer most.
