Open Reports from the menu.

At the top you choose the range: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or your own.

Start with the tab General.
It gives you the overview: how much you sold, how many orders came in and how many people visited your storefront.

Under Sales you see which products move and which do not.
Look at the bottom of that list too. A product that has not sold in two months is money standing still.

Under Customers you see who comes back and who bought only once.

And there is the tab Activity.
It keeps who made every change, including what the assistant did for you.
