When an order comes in
The notification, how to review it, and what happens to stock when you confirm.

Step by step

When someone orders from your storefront, a notification reaches your phone right away.
If none arrive, check you granted the app notification permission. It is the step most people skip while installing.

Open the order from the menu, under Orders. At the top you see who it is, how they want it and which method they said they would pay with.

Scroll to Products and check you have everything. If something is missing, better to tell them now than later.

When it all checks out, tap Confirm order.
Only then is stock subtracted. Before you confirm, the units are held but not deducted: if you cancel, they come back on their own.

The app builds the message with the receipt and your payment details. Review it and send it with 💬 Send the receipt and payment details to the customer.
