Receipts and payment methods
Check the receipt, split a payment and record how you got paid.

Step by step

Open the order and scroll to the section Collection.

If your customer uploaded their receipt, it is right there. Tap the image to enlarge it and check the amount and date.

If they sent it over WhatsApp instead of uploading it, use ✅ Mark payment verified.

Pick which method they paid with when it asks Which method was used?.
This is what later lets you see in Reports how much came in by transfer and how much in cash. Get it wrong and the report lies to you.

If they paid with two methods — part cash, part transfer — record each one separately.

When you collect on delivery, use 💵 Mark balance collected on delivery.
